In a world where competition prevails, it is refreshing to find an organization like Expression Sessions that has the same value system as ATKV-Crescendo. For both initiatives, developing people's talent is more important than naming individual winners. In fact, by supporting each other and respecting each other's talents, everyone can reach greater heights.

The help, knowledge and experience of Expression Sessions curators, Robin-Dean Fourie and Jerome Rex, are important building blocks in finding new talent. Through the monthly gatherings held in Worcester and Kuilsrivier, among others, artists then get the opportunity to grow further into musicians who have the skills to make an important and unique contribution to the Afrikaans and South African music industry.
