Your road to a musical dream

ATKV-Crescendo has been South Africa's leading talent development project for emerging songwriters for more than fifty years and has launched the careers of artists such as Anneli van Rooyen, Karin Hougaard, and more recently, Jodi Jantjies and Selby Williams.

This project annually provides participants with training opportunities that equip them to start their careers successfully and sustainably. In addition, they get the opportunity to participate in productions such as Platformsessies and Crecendo-GOUD.

Finalists who are selected will have the opportunity to attend our mentorship program in 2026 which will be presented by legends in their own right such as Deon Meiring, Danie du Toit, Sarah Theron, Petronel Baard and Whaden Johannes.
